Return and Refund Policy:
We are very much concerned about our client’s needs and requirements. That is why we tailor our services to suit their demands. We create packaging boxes according to client’s specifications but in the event that the products delivered are not according to the customer’s requirements, the customers have the right to send a notification to us using the email address; support@kaypackaging.com within 3 business days from the time the order was received. Kaypackaging does not refund money in such cases, however, if the fault comes from the company’s side, a reprint of the order will be carried out. The default will be ascertained by the management of KP. Customers are therefore charged to ship back the full order delivered to them within 7 business days at their own cost. The actual documents and digital photographs of what they require should also be sent along in order to reprint the order correctly. But if the fault is with the client and they still want their money refunded, they will have to send back the printed products. However, a charge back will be given to them after the setup cost of the product and shipping costs has been deducted.
